SSProX Journal Sync

Personal trading journal utility

SSProX Journal Sync

A personal workflow for copying trading-journal files from a Mac to the owner's Google Drive, so those records can support journal review and strategy documentation.

This public website describes the utility. It does not display trading records, collect Google credentials, or run file transfers.

What the workflow does

SSProX creates trade records and chart images in MetaTrader's local files. A locally configured copy tool, rclone, uses the owner's Google authorization to copy selected files into designated private Google Drive folders. Account-specific folders keep trading-account records separate.

Typical files include CSV and HTML journals, PNG chart images, and nonempty text notes. Google Drive is also used for approved journal reports and the owner's editable strategy reference.

How the records are used

The owner can make selected Drive records available to ChatGPT for personal journal analysis and strategy documentation. ChatGPT access is a separate connection or explicit file submission; this website does not connect a Google account to ChatGPT.

Owner control

The owner authorizes Google access and can revoke it. Transfer scheduling depends on the local configuration and must be tested separately. This utility does not place trades or make a private Drive folder public.
