This policy describes the personal SSProX Journal Sync utility operated by the owner of nre951938@gmail.com.

Data accessed and processed

The configured local workflow processes selected SSProX journal files: trade-event data, timestamps, symbols, position sizes, prices, profit or loss, balances, risk values, chart screenshots, and optional text notes. Depending on file contents, those files may contain trading-account identifiers or personal commentary.

Google Drive access can include file and folder names, identifiers, metadata, and file contents needed for the configured copy operations. The permission shown on Google's consent screen may allow broader Drive access than the selected folders used by the local configuration. The workflow should be configured to use the intended journal folders; folder selection does not narrow the OAuth permission itself.

Purpose and storage

Data is used to maintain the owner's personal trading journal, preserve records, review performance, and document strategy. Original files remain on the Mac; configured copies and approved documents are stored in the owner's Google Drive. Authorization tokens are held by the local copy tool and are not included in this website.

Sharing and connected services

Journal content is not published on this website. Copies are sent to the owner's Google Drive. If the owner separately connects Drive to ChatGPT or submits files there, the selected content is processed by OpenAI under the applicable service terms, privacy policy, and account settings. That separate access is not established by this website.

The utility does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or provide it for unrelated generalized AI-model training. These statements do not replace the policies or settings of services the owner separately chooses to use.

Retention, deletion, and revocation

Local files and Drive copies remain until the owner deletes them. Revoking authorization stops future authorized access but does not delete existing copies. The owner can revoke access through Google Account connections, remove local authorization through the configured tool, and delete local or Drive files directly. Data separately submitted to ChatGPT is managed through that service's controls.

Public website and hosting

These static pages contain no application login form, upload form, tracking scripts, or analytics code. Cloudflare hosts the pages and may process standard connection and request information to deliver and protect the website, under its own privacy policy.

Security and limitations

Keep local authorization files private, restrict Drive sharing, and review the permissions requested before authorizing access. No storage or transfer system can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security.
